Based on three decades of Passover-related classes and lectures, Rabbi Silber’s Haggadah provides new insights and meanings that deepen the Passover experience with writing on such topics as “Elu Eser Makot: Rereading the Plagues” and “Creation Themes in the Exodus Story.”

The Seder readings are accompanied by Rabbi Silber’s essays, which focus on the structure and biblical roots of the text.

Rabbi David Silber is the founder and dean of Drisha Institute for Jewish Education, New York City, and a recipient of the Covenant Award. The Haggadah is published by the Jewish Publication Society, Philadelphia.
