The Paradigm Project for Jewish Early Childhood Education Leadership expanded its network of rising leaders in Jewish early childhood education in three communities across the United States—the Merage Jewish Community Center of Orange County, CA; Hillel Community Day School in North Miami Beth, FL; and Temple Beth Shalom in Needham, MA. The Paradigm Project received a Covenant Foundation Signature Grant in 2013 to continue this work. Ignition Grantee Reflections: Impacts and Learnings “Where are we now, what did we accomplish, and what have we learned?” “The Covenant Foundation invested in us through a fellowship, and we felt it important to pass that on to the next generation of leaders and invest in other people. The Ignition Grant served to help to solidify a strong foundation for Jewish Early Childhood Communities in Southern California, South Florida, and Boston who wanted to ‘change the paradigm’ of Jewish Early Childhood Education. The Ignition Grant positioned these organizations as leaders in the field and established a foundation of brand recognition that has served to grow the reach of the Paradigm Project by 500%.” —Peter Blair, Project Director
