To produce an annotated video library of six effective Jewish teaching episodes (12-17 minutes long) with the goal of strengthening Jewish education, teacher training, and teacher supervision by providing models of effective teaching for viewing, analysis, and guidance.
The content and topics of these videos were produced with input from focus groups made up of national professionals, local school principals, lay leaders, and teachers.
The Board of Jewish Education (BJE) of Greater Washington also produced written guide book to accompany these videos, which could be used in training sessions.
