To fund a summer program of yeshiva-like study for ages 18-25 at Camp Ramah.
The egalitarian program was intended for young adults who wished to explore “traditional texts from a religious perspective.” Participants learned Torah, prayed, participated in social action projects and created community with peers. Staff drew from the Ziegler School of rabbinic Studies at the University of Judaism as well as scholars from around the world.
